Teaching and classes 2021

Growing tea from seed in a colder climate requires patience and much learning. The main areas of tea learning for a new grower on European soil are: Growing tea, processing tea, palate development and tea culture understanding. To become a tea grower and maker is a very special journey, be careful you can get addicted 🙂

Course review from Sandy MacPhee (Tea Grower in Scotland, participated in tea training in 2020) – “Training with Monica was a most wonderful window into the world of Tea. Our sessions felt perfectly pitched and paced and Monica’s natural and personal style made me instantly comfortable in her company. Her enthusiasm for tea and deep connection with nature gave me such inspiration as I learned. It was a privilege to spend the time with her!”

Course review from Friedericke Stracke (online course in 2020) “I have had a wonderful and super helpful online training with Monica on starting my own tea growing. We went through every step of the process and Monica really made sure to explain these with very detailed and important information. Such information you really cannot get from reading any books or online pages. In addition, Monica is such a lovely and kind person to talk to and very enthusiastic in what she does. The information you will receive is really hands-on and I‘m very thankful for having had this wonderful training with Monica, along with some great tea and laughter! I can‘t wait to see Monica‘s farm live hopefully sometime soon”.
