Here at Windy Hollow we grow tea among many other plants and animals. Our tea plants are grown from seed and allowed to grow into tea trees π They are never cut or pruned and do not receive any fertilisers or other chemicals.
During the growing season each year, which is between mid May and September, I make handcrafted Single Estate teas. All of my teas are grown and made here and of course organic.
In 2021 I will make BlackGold, GreenWander and mini aged teas (very experimental). These teas will be available at certain points throughout the growing season and I will let you know so that you have a chance to order and try them. Many well wishes Monica
